Well, this will be a short post today, however, I do want to make sure that everybody has no excuses to embark upon their get fit efforts this year!  A friend had posted this on Facebook and I tried it tonight and almost collapsed after the second go around.  It requires no gym membership, no weights, nothing (I did it with borrowed pants, no socks and shoes in a basement)  Seriously, if you are concerned about will take you no more than 20 minutes (or it may the first time, but will get quicker as you go through it)!  It is an amazing workout and I will be sure to keep this up as I am on vacation.

I believe it came from this Facebook page:  In addition to that, I have had a few people ask where I get recipes, inspiration,etc. so I will post the sites that I utilize:   I use this site to track my food and exercise (find out BMR, etc.)  This site I use because I want to gain a lot of muscle.  There are great, inspirational transformations, and fantastic articles.  Some of it can be a bit "heavy" but if you are into that kind of stuff, definitely check it out!  Everything you need to know about supplements, meals, etc.  this site is more for the general public than  There is a great forum for support and definitely woman-oriented I would say.  It is meant for a more maintainable weightloss/health journey.

For a more local support page:  She is from Moose Jaw, SK and I follow her on Facebook!  Some great recipes and great information! is one I just recently started to follow.  Straight to the point and motivational pictures!
