http://www.bodybuilding.com/ This site I use because I want to gain a lot of muscle. There are great, inspirational transformations, and fantastic articles. Some of it can be a bit "heavy" but if you are into that kind of stuff, definitely check it out! Everything you need to know about supplements, meals, etc.
http://www.sparkpeople.com/ this site is more for the general public than bodybuilding.com. There is a great forum for support and definitely woman-oriented I would say. It is meant for a more maintainable weightloss/health journey.
For a more local support page: http://www.naturallyashley.com/ She is from Moose Jaw, SK and I follow her on Facebook! Some great recipes and great information!
